Susan Vaughan comes to JCR with a 20 year background of private business ownership, retail management and expertise as a marketing professional. Her client base and network includes many of the Fortune 500 companies. She has worked closely with top corporate executives and Human Resource professionals to create employee motivational and recognition programs and extended into external marketing campaigns. Throughout her professional life, Susan’s focus has remained true to her goal of customer satisfaction first which has led to developing long-lasting client relationships.

Having directed her own staff, Susan understands the intricacies of building an effective management team.
