Position Definition
  • Company visit to gain a thorough understanding of organization, culture, business plan and position.

  • JCRESI completes position profile/definition: position requirements, success factors, performance indicators and expected performance outcomes.

  • Administer personality test to key managers as necessary to develop understanding of client company’s management philosophy and culture.

  • Written search strategy and recruitment plan with defined timelines formulated by JCRESI and approved by client.

  • JCRESI and Client consultation on compensation plan.

  • Client edits and approves position profile.

  • JCRESI assistance in development of client selection process, including coaching on interview techniques and interview sequence.
