Company visit to gain a thorough understanding of organization, culture, business plan and position.
JCRESI completes position profile/definition: position requirements, success factors, performance indicators and expected performance outcomes.
Administer personality test to key managers as necessary to develop understanding of client company’s management philosophy and culture.
Written search strategy and recruitment plan with defined timelines formulated by JCRESI and approved by client.
JCRESI and Client consultation on compensation plan.
Client edits and approves position profile.
JCRESI assistance in development of client selection process, including coaching on interview techniques and interview sequence.
